I received my training as a Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City. During my training, I studied several methods about how to eradicate and prevent chronic illness with plant foods. I learned innovative coaching methods to change eating behaviors with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts.
Alongside my training as a Health Coach, I studied plant-based nutrition at the T. Colin Campbell Centre for Nutrition Studies in New York, and I took a course in Nutrition Science at the Stanford School of Medicine, and I hold a bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Southern Methodist University, Dallas Texas.
My varied education and work experience have equipped me with extensive knowledge in Plant-Based Nutrition, lifestyle coaching, along with preventative medicine. My mission with my clients: I help them make lifestyle changes in their eating habits that produce real and lasting results.
